Hands of Wisdom

Dance when you’re broken open.
Dance if you’ve torn the bandage off.
Dance in the middle of the fighting.
Dance in your blood.
Dance when you’re perfectly free.

Welcome to Hands of Wisdom

My name is Hajnalka.

I offer space for authentic expression, transformation and deep relaxation.

I have over ten years of experience in working with people, with bodies and hearts. I studied traditional methods like Deep Tissue, Swedish or Clinical Sports Massage, the shamanic healing approaches of ma-uri Huna Bodywork and Hawaiian Temple lomi-lomi, Tantric Bodywork and De-armouring.

I am interested in bringing out whatever is stuck in the body, the mind or the heart. To bring it into the light, to look at it and to integrate it into awakened consciousness so we can grow and deepen our compassion towards ourselves and others. So we can move deeper into self-acceptance and really, deeply, profoundly RELAX.

Why do I do this work? Because we humans need to be touched so much more than what we allow – both physically and metaphorically. My desire is to invite conscious communication, to support people in expressing their truth, to show them that they are ok just the way they are. To guide them into deeper understanding, presence and authenticity – through touch, free expression and movement.

I work with individuals, groups big and small, men, women… Humans.

I see everything as a dance. Each session, each meeting, in private or within a group, is a dance – a living, organic flow of  interaction created in the moment by the merging of our unique life experiences. It is sacred and meaningful.

Welcome to dance with me!

Tantric Bodywork

What is Tantra Massage?

There are many different traditions of Tantra, and even more approaches to Tantric Bodywork. Everyone working with this will have their unique flavour.

I call my sessions “Tantra Massage” because this is something most people have heard of and can relate to. What I offer is Sacred Intimacy. A meeting in openness, receptivity, honesty, relaxation. For me Tantra is a path of self-love. Without a specific goal or an urge to “fix”. There is nothing to fix. We can allow ourselves to relax into acceptance of all that we are as human beings, and to be present with whatever arises, in loving kindness and compassion towards ourselves, Life and others.

Often we misunderstand Tantra. Here in the West we came to associate it with sexuality. Which is a part of it, of course. But Tantra starts within – starts with the connection to Self and to the Great Intelligence Beyond and Within, call it what you may.

Tantric bodywork honours the whole of the body, and will be different each time, both for “therapist” and “client”. I prefer to look at it as interaction between space holder and receiver. It can be a blissful, nourishing, pleasurable, sometimes ecstatic, other times challenging or humbling bodywork-experience where we allow the body to unfold in a sacred space of presence and acceptance.
